The Unit Academy is a program, which focuses on developing and improving children’s athletic skill and performance by using the 10 fundamental elements of fitness.
Program focuses on developing FUNdamental movement skills,
with particular emphasis on co-ordination, balance, speed, agility and basic movement strength.
Works on termly basis at £3 a session
Program focuses on improving movement skills, body weight strength
and mobility/flexibility with an introduction to weightlifting movements and bounding.
Works on termly basis at £5.50 a session
Program focuses on further developing bodyweight strength, power, speed, aerobic capacity and mobility/flexibility,
whilst improving strength training and weightlifting technique.
