3 x Muscle-Snatch

3 x Overhead Squat

3 x Snatch Push Press

3 x Snatch Balance 

3 x Hang Power Snatch

3 x Snatch from Below Knee

 

New 8 week cycle - Day 1

A. Non heave Snatch Balance 3x2 50-60%

B. Front Squat 3x8 60% - constant tension

C. Hang Power Snatch 6x4 60%

D. Snatch Deadlift daily 5

E. Snatch Pull 5x3 70% of Snatch Deadlift DM5
