3 x Overhead Squat

3 x Snatch Push Press

3 x Snatch Balance 

3 x Hang Power Snatch

3 x Snatch from Below Knee

 

New 8 week cycle - Wk2 / Day 1

A. Non heave Snatch Balance 3x2 55-65%

B. Front Squat 3x10 60% - constant tension

C. Hang Power Snatch Every 2min - 7x3 65-70%

D. Snatch Deadlift  x daily 5

E. Snatch Pull 5x3 80% of Snatch Deadlift DM5
