3 x Snatch from Below Knee

 

New 8 week cycle - Wk3 / Day 1

A. Non heave Snatch Balance 3x2 60-65%

B. Front Squat 3x12 60% - constant tension

C. Hang + Low Hang Power Snatch 5x1+2 70-75%

D. Snatch Deadliftdaily 3

E. Snatch Pull 5x3 70% of Snatch Deadlift DM3
