WEEK 4 - Day 1

A. Snatch Balance 2x2 70% / 3x1 80%

B. 3-point Snatch (hang, low hang, floor) 3x1+1+1 70-75%

C. Snatch Pull 5x1 100-105%

D. Pause (2s) Front Squat 5x3 70-75%
