OH Squat & Snatch Balance Complex 5 x 3+3

 

WORK OUT - Working in Pairs with a “I go U go” following the following format, 90sec, 60sec, 30sec work on each exercises, 60sec rest from when the 1st person finish the 30sec set b/t each new exercise. 

 

  1. Air Bicycle - Cal
  2. Thrusters 40/20kg
  3. Rower - Meters
  4. DB Farmer Walks - 35/22.5kg (for distance)
