A. Every 60sec for 4 Sets (4min)

1 x Muscle Snatch + 2 x OH Squats @ 40%

into 

B. Every 60sec for 4 Sets (4min)

1 x Muscle Snatch + 2 x Snatch Balance (w/ 2sec Pause at bottom) @ 50%

into 

C. Every 60sec for 4 Sets (4min)

1 x Power Snatch + 2 x Snatch from mid thigh @ 60%

D. Every 2min for 9 Sets (18min) - Work up to a daily max if you hit your daily max before the 9 sets is over then finish off with a drop back sets working on consistency.
