Week 4 - Snatch

  • Warm Up: General Self Preparation & Mobility
  • Extra: 2 Rounds x T-Spine Pulses on Foam Roller x 10 into Banded Shoulder Openers in Squat x 10
  • Invictus Snatch Barbell Routine x 1 Round

 

A. In a 6 min Window on each movement work up to a heavy 2reps of the following, but no missed reps.

1. Overhead Squats

2. Snatch Balance

 

B. Every 90sec x 8 (12min) 

 1 . 1 x Snatch - Work to a Daily

** Take 10sec b/t each rep.

 

C. Snatch Pulls 5x1 @ 100-110%

 

Extra -Strength Conditioning

Front Squats 3 x 2 @ 90%
