Sets 2 – 3 reps of each @ BB - 40kg

 

 

A. Clean Complex - Every 2min x 8 (16min) 

1 x Halted Pull 2’ from floor, 1 x Power Clean, 1 x F/Squat, 1 x Hang Clean

 

B. Clean - Every 30sec x 12 (6min) @ 75%

 

C. Clean Pulls 3x2 @ 100%

 

D. Back Squats 3x10 @ 50% (Tempo 2.0.1.0)
