A. Strict Press Overhead - 1 X5 @ 50%, 1 x 5 @ 60%, 3 x 5 / 3 / 2 Cluster at 70%

 

B. Push Press 2 x 10 w/ 70% of your strict press

 

C. Dips 3 x 10 -  these may be loaded
