Set 1 – 5 reps of each @ 20/15 kg barbell

Sets 2 – 3 reps of each @ BB - 40kg

 

 

A. Snatch Complex - Every 2min x 8 (16min) 

1 x Hang Snatch + 1 x Snatch + 1 x OH Squat

 

B. F/Squat (X-fit Cycle week 3) @ 75%

 

C. GHD Back Extensions 3 x 12

 

D. Loaded Side Plank 3 x 20-30sec
