Sets 2 – 3 reps of each @ BB - 40kg

 

 

A. Dip - pause& Power Jerk6x1+1 @ 70-75%

 

B1.  Halted Pull + Clean 3 x 2+2 @ 60-70%

Into 

B2.  Clean 5 x 1.1 @ 70-80%

 

C. Clean Pull + Clean Deadlift w/ a 5sec eccentric 5x1+1 @ 100-105%
