B. Clean Pull + Power Clean + Front Squat + Clean x 3 x 1+1+1 @ 70-75%

 

Every 2min x 3 (6min)

C. Clean Pull + Clean x 3 x 1+1 @ 80-85%

 

Every 2min x 3 (6min)

D. Clean x 3x1 @ 90%

 

E. Back Squats x 3 x 1 @ 90%
