P1 - Air Bicycle  90sec (Steady RPM)

 

P2 - AMRAP

10 x Walking Lunges

SKILL  CONDITIONING CIRCUIT

30sec x DU / SU

30sec x Overhead Squats (BB - 40Kg)

WORK OUT - In Pairs

In teams of two, alternating movements throughout, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

 

20/15cal x Air Bicycle 

20 x DB Snatches at 22.5/ 15kg - scale 

20 x Hanging Knee Raises

 

Partner A starts with Air Bicycle, Partner B then performs DB Snatch Partner A then performs Hanging Knee Raises, Partner B does Air Bicycle, Partner B DB Snatch…and so on.
