Move up in weight each set.

 

C) Snatch: 1×3, 2×2, 2×1. 

 

D) Bottom Up Front Squats : 8x1 - Build up to a daily 

 

Midline: 3 Rounds 

12 x Back Extensions - Hold for 3 seconds at the top and squeeze glutes.

45sec x Side Plank Hold each side

30sec x Hollow Hold
