A) Muscle Snatch  + Strict Press Behind The Neck (Snatch Grip)

4 x (3+3) 

B) Snatch Balance

EMOM for 10 min perform 1 snatch balance. Work up to a moderate weight. 

 

C) Snatch

EMOM for 5 min perform 1 snatch at a medium, light weight.

EMOM for 5 min perform 1 snatch at a medium weight

rest 1 min

EMOM for 5 min perform 1 snatch at a medium heavy weight

 

D) Front Squat

5×2 - Build up to a challenging set. 

 

E) Midline Conditioning - 3 Rounds

12 x Back Extensions- Hold for 3 seconds at the top and squeeze glutes.

30sec x Loaded Plank 

30sec x Hollow Hold
