A) Strict Muscle Snatch+ Power Snatch + Snatch Balance - 3x (3+3+3)   

B) Snatch Balance + Pause OHS+ Snatch Balance - 4 x (1+2+1)

 

C) Pause Snatch (three second Pause in Squat) - 4 x (1+1+1) 

D) Snatch - 2×2, 2×1. 
Start 2.5-5 kg heavier than the weight you ended on in the complex above.

 

E) Front Squat - 3x2, 2x1

Build up to a challenging set.
