A) Jerk Complex

1. Push Press+ Power Jerk+ Jerk 3x (2+2+1) 

2. Push Jerk+ Jerk 2 x (2+1) 2 x (1+1) x 2

3. Jerk x 3x1

*move up in weight through the course of the sets. 

 

B) Muscle Clean - 3x5

 

C) Clean lift off to below the knee+ clean from below the knee+ Clean + Jerk - 5 x (2+1+1+1)

 

D) Slow Clean Deadlift at 2” deficit

3×5 @ 95-100% of best clean
