Pause for 3 seconds in the jerk and feel balanced (bar over shoulders, shoulders over hips)
B) Clean + Front Squat+ Jerk:
2 x (2+3+2)
2 x (2+2+2)
2 x (1+2+1)
C) Clean Deadlift 4×3. Heavy as possible.
D) KB Farmers Carry: 2x200m (10 Laps = 200m)
