Gwion is a Welsh weight lifting level two coach and a certified gym instructor. He has recently represented Welsh weightlifting in the 2015 Celtic Championship. During his studies at Bangor University (BSC Sport Science), Gwion has developed an interest in the maximisation of athletic performance through intelligent training. Gwion’s easy going nature, patience, good humour and broad experience enables him to coach people in a manner that is both fun, friendly, and informative.
